A private landowner and forest manager for over 40 years, Mel serves as President of Gilmer Management. Throughout his career, Mel has led a diverse range of business and land ventures, and this entrepreneurial spirit continues to fuel his forward-thinking land management approach.
Jay GILMER

After a successful technology career at IBM and later Kyndryl, Jay has recently returned to the family business to serve as the next generation of land manager for Gilmer Management. Jay combines his corporate experience with a passion for land stewardship to ensure the natural resources are available for generations to come.
